3. Booking

1. The property managers will help you to process booking procedure, If your application is approved,

2. Deposit should be paid for holding the property. Normally, Australia dollars should be paid. If you are a Chinese new student, you are allowed to pay RMB with ratio 1:5 by Wechat or Alipay. Your RMB payment will be refunded or use as rent fee.

3. The property manager will send you a notification, if the deposit is hold by our company.
